Alright. I need help on an assignment;

Heard of "Of Mice and Men?" Yeah, it's a book I do not enjoy. xD I've had to read in twice for school-related nonsense. Anyways! Instead of an exam on it, we have to write a final chapter for the novel. As in, what happens to George, Candy, and Crooks (mostly them, but the other characters also) once Lennie's been shot? I'm at a loss. It's due Friday and I want to start a rough draft but I have no creativity at the moment lol. Anyone who's read the book... a little assistance? xD I won't steal any ideas, but just, vague suggestions would be nice lol.

Perhaps they all earn enough to get that farm they've dreamed of. I don't remember Candy or Crooks (except as 'guy with old dog' and I think Crooks was a black farmhand with a crooked back? , but George would be depressed.

Ah, I'm bad at this. >_< I guess you've probably thought of that.

Or maybe something else bad happens. So no happy ending.

Yeah, you got the characters right. I'm thinking no happy ending though, because... if the book had ended happily it wouldn't have had the controversial affect it did on so many people. And my english teacher would totally call me out on that lol. Besides, George would probably not even be able ot do that because of what he had to do to Lennie... I'm thinking maybe the boss (being Curley's father, Curley being the one who's married to the lady Lennie killed) kicks George out and... I've got nothing. xD
